It is about two kilometers from Fort Portal, a popular tourist destination in western Uganda’s foothills of the Rwenzori Mountains. With 5 Private Rooms, 3 Dorms, and a sizable lash yard suitable for a venue or campsite, Kalitusi Nature Resort is in a magnificent location bordering the Mpanga River.
Since 2017, we have been receiving guests from all over the world, and we continue to extend a warm welcome to all of you who seek simplicity and comfort in a welcoming and natural setting.
Our opulent garden, a tranquil paradise with a stunning array of indigenous flora and bird species, serves as the primary communal space. . Local beers are available at our bar, and our Farm to Table Restaurant serves a broad selection of delectable, freshly cooked food for vegetarians, vegans, and carnivores. Our agritourism includes raising exotic birds for their meat and eggs, such as Guinea Fowl, Seramas, Asil, Quails, and Ducks, to name a few. We also manage bees and raise rabbits and chickens.
